  • 4 large chicken breasts
  • 2 large chopped onions
  • 1 large chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chillies
  • 1 small can English peas
  • 1 (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • black pepper to taste

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°. Boil chicken and debone. Then boil spaghetti noodles in chicken broth. Melt margarine and saute onion and bell pepper. When spaghetti is ready, drain off water and put in a bowl with Velveeta cheese. Melt over spaghetti. Add in all other ingredients and put in covered dish. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
