- 4 large chicken breasts
- 3/4 lb. thin spaghetti
- 1/4 c. chopped pepper
- 1/8 c. chopped onions
- butter
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
Directions

1Boil the chicken breasts until meat falls apart.

2Use the same water and add the spaghetti. Cook until most of the liquid boils out.

3Saute the pepper and onions in butter.

4Pour mixture into the spaghetti mixture. Add the Ro-Tel.

5Debone and cut chicken in small pieces and add to mixture.

6Add the cheese to the mixture. Heat on low until cheese melts, about 10 minutes.
