  • 1 whole chicken, boiled and deboned (save broth)
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. vermicelli noodles
  • 1 (2 lb.) pkg. Velveeta, cubed
  • 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 stick margarine

    To reserved chicken broth, add approximately 3 cups water. Bring to a boil; add vermicelli and cook until tender.

    Once tender, add cubed Velveeta; stir until melted in.
