  • 1 lb Hamburger meat
  • 1 lb Sausage
  • 1 large Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 lb Jalapeno cheese
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Render hamburger meat and sausage together and transfer to a holding container, reserving about 2 Tbsp of fat in the pan.

    Saute onions in drippings and set aside.

    Melt the cheeses and add Ro-Tel tomatoes and soup.

    Add hamburger meat, sausage and sauteed onion.

    Heat until bubbly.

    Serve with chips.
