- 500 grams all purpose or wholemeal flour, durum wheat flour for best results
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil for cooking
Directions

1Mix flour and salt through and add the water bit by bit till a semi soft dough,

2Keep aside for 15 minutes covered by a moist cloth,

3Knead for another 3 minutes,

4Make egg-sized balls, flatten and roll on some dry flour with a rolling pin till about 4-5 millimeters of thickness in a circular shape.

5Cook in a pan or griddle with a little oil untill golden brown by keep turning it.

6Keep it hot or cold before serving.

7Great with a raita dip or as a wrapped meal.
