- 12 oz. rotini, cooked al dente
- 1 lb. Bob Evans sausage
- 3/4 c. whipping cream
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook sausage in frying pan until lightly browned; drain. Increase heat to medium-high.

2Add cream and wine and bring to a boil.

3Boil gently, stirring constantly until sauce thickens slightly, about 3 minutes.

4Add hot drained pasta.

5Remove from heat and add Parmesan cheese.

6Toss until pasta is evenly coated.
