- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 (4 oz.) jar mushrooms
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) bag shredded cheese (Colby and Monterey)
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 box rotini pasta
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Prepare pasta as directed on box.

2Brown ground beef, bell pepper, onion and garlic.

3Drain off grease. Turn to medium heat. Add tomatoes, mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce.

4Simmer for 10 minutes. Turn stove off and add Ricotta cheese. Drain pasta and put in 2-quart casserole dish.

5Mix pasta, ground beef mixture and 1/2 bag shredded cheese.

6Place remaining cheese on top. Cover and bake in preheated 300° oven for 30 minutes.
