- 8 oz. rotini
- 1 c. sliced cauliflowerets
- 1 c. small broccoli flowerets
- 1 c. diced Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 3 green onion, sliced
- 1 c. Italian dressing with cheese
Directions

1Cook rotini according to directions.

2Drain.

3Add cauliflower and broccoli to small amount boiling water and cook 1 to 2 minutes until tender-crisp or may use uncooked.

4Combine all ingredients. Toss dressing with salad.

5Cover and chill.

6Toss gently before serving.

7Makes 6 to 8 servings.
