- 2 cans artichoke hearts
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small can black olives
- 1 box rotini noodles
- 1 bottle Italian with cheese dressing
Directions

1Cook rotini noodles, drain and cool.

2Cut up artichoke hearts into 1/2-inch cubes and slices.

3Chop onion.

4Slice olives.

5Mix noodles, artichoke hearts, onions and olives and toss to mix well. Pour in the bottle of Italian with cheese dressing.

6Salt and pepper to taste.

7Chill in refrigerator before serving.
