- 2 c. uncooked rotini noodles
- 6 to 8 Italian brats, boiled
- 2 c. onions, chopped
- 7 c. water
- 7 medium carrots
- 6 beef bouillon cubes
- tad of pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 3 stalks celery
- Italian seasoning
Directions

1Boil brats, then cut up into bite-size pieces.

2Mix all ingredients together but rotini.

3Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

4Add rotini 15 minutes before eating or until rotini is tender.

5Serves 8 to 10 people.
