  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 3 gal. Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 cups OSCAR MAYER Bacon Pieces
  • 1/4 cup fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 cup GREY POUPON Rouge Dijon Mustard
  • 1 cup blue cheese crumbles

Directions

    Heat oil in saute pan on medium-high heat.

    Saute Brussels sprouts 8 to 10 min.

    or until caramelized.

    Stir in bacon and thyme.

    Remove from heat; stir in mustard.

    Top with cheese.
