  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 canned pimento, drained
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 dash saffron
  • 3/4 cup olive oil

Directions

    Crush garlic and add to a blender or food processor with 1 well-drained canned pimento, egg yolks and a pinch of saffron.

    Puree until smooth.

    Then, drop by drop at first, add the olive oil with the machine running, adding the oil more quickly as the sauce thickens.

    Spoon into a bowl to serve.
