  • 1 lg. onion
  • 6 strips bacon
  • 3 dill pickles, cut into wedges
  • Mustard, dry or wet
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 Tbsp. sour cream
  • Tooth picks
  • 1 Tbsp. shortening
  • 2 c. water

    Take Rouladen; lay flat, salt and pepper to taste. Add your strip of bacon in the center from top to bottom. Lay pickles in middle. Cover with onions.
