Ingredients
- 3 lb. chili meat
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 c. water
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. ground mustard
- 1 heaping tsp. leaf oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp. cumin seed
- 3 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 c. white flour
Directions

1In a Dutch oven, brown meat and onion in a small amount of grease.

2Add tomatoes, bouillon cubes and 1 cup of water.

3Simmer for 1 hour on medium heat.

4Add garlic powder, mustard, oregano, cumin seed, chili powder and 1 cup of water.

5Stir and simmer for 30 more minutes.

6Add 1/2 cup flour and cook until mixture thickens.

7Serve with grated Cheddar cheese and chopped onion. Also delicious over corn chips.
