Ingredients

  • 1 box(1 lb.) powdered sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions

    Beat sugar, egg whites and cream of tartar in large bowl with electric mixer on high speed 7 to 10 minutes until stiff peaks form.

    Store in airtight container 2 to 3 days at room temperature.

    It will not be stiff after storage but can be used to assemble house.

    Important Note: If the container is not covered and stored airtight, the mixture will harden and become unusable.
