  • 2 Tbsp. plus 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 6 eggs, separated

Directions

    Heat oven to 400°.

    Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Combine 3/4 cup flour, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Cut in butter until fine particles.

    Stir in 2 tablespoons melted chocolate.

    Press into spring-form pan.

    Bake for 10 minutes.
