  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 bottle rose wine
  • 2 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 10 ounces strawberries frozen
  • 28 ounces carbonated water
  • 1 x limes slices

    In a large saucepan combine sugar and water and heat over moderately high heat tot he boiling point; then reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat and cool.

    Combine wine, fruit juices, sugar syrup and strawberries.

    Pour over ice in a punchbowl.

    Stir in carbonated water when ready to serve.

    Garnish with lime slices.
