  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. oleo
  • 1 c. Cola (pop)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Directions

    Combine flour, sugar, cocoa and soda in bowl.

    Add buttermilk, oleo, Cola and vanilla.

    Beat on low until all is combined, then medium speed for 2 minutes.

    Add eggs and beat 2 minutes more. Stir in marshmallows.

    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
