Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lb. potatoes, peeled, diced and boiled
  • 8 eggs, boiled
  • 1 md. onion, diced
  • 2 cups celery, sliced (optional)
  • 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
  • 1 jar (2 lb.) mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp. mustard
  • 1/2 jar (4 oz.) sweet relish
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

    Mix sauce ingredients together gently and let rest for 1 hour in fridge.

    Fold sauce mixture into potatoes, onion and eggs.

    Add milk until creamy.

    Chill 1 hour before serving.
