Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lb. potatoes, peeled, diced and boiled
- 8 eggs, boiled
- 1 md. onion, diced
- 2 cups celery, sliced (optional)
- 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
- 1 jar (2 lb.) mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 jar (4 oz.) sweet relish
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

1Mix sauce ingredients together gently and let rest for 1 hour in fridge.

2Fold sauce mixture into potatoes, onion and eggs.

3Add milk until creamy.

4Chill 1 hour before serving.
