  • 1 can corned beef
  • 1 (16oz.) can sauerkraut (drained)
  • 1 c. grated Swiss Cheese
  • 3 slices rye bread (toasted in butter and cubed)
  • 1 (8oz.) bottle Russion Dressing

Directions

    Spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with Pam.

    Break up corned beef and ut in bottom.
  3. 3
    Put a dressing over it.
  4. 4
    Put drained sauerkraut over corned beef.
  5. 5
    Sprinkle bread cubes over top.
  6. 6
    Pour remaining dressing over bread cubes and cover with Swiss Cheese.
