Ingredients

  • 4 oz. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. sultanas or any other dried fruit
  • 8 oz. confectioners sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. shredded coconut
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 Tbsp. rum, brandy or whiskey

Directions

    Mix softened butter.

    Add sifted sugar, then all other ingredients and mix well.

    Put into refrigerator to harden a little.

    Roll into small balls and ice with chocolate icing or roll in chocolate sprinkles or coconut.
