Ingredients

  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 tsp. corn syrup (light)
  • 1/3 c. rum (dark)
  • 2 c. vanilla wafer cookies (44), crushed fine
  • 1 c. walnuts, chopped

Directions

    Melt chocolate over hot water. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar and corn syrup.

    Blend in rum. Combine wafers and nuts. Add chocolate and blend well.

    Shape into 1-inch balls by rolling in sugar. Store in a closed container for several days.
