- 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 tsp. corn syrup (light)
- 1/3 c. rum (dark)
- 2 c. vanilla wafer cookies (44), crushed fine
- 1 c. walnuts, chopped
Directions

1Melt chocolate over hot water. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar and corn syrup.

2Blend in rum. Combine wafers and nuts. Add chocolate and blend well.

3Shape into 1-inch balls by rolling in sugar. Store in a closed container for several days.
