- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1/2 c light rum
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Directions

1Beat all ingredients for 10 minutes.

2Grease and flour Bundt pan, then sprinkle bottom of pan with 1/4 cup chopped pecans. Pour batter over nuts.

3Bake for 1 hour at 325°.

4While hot and still in pan, pour glaze over cake.

5Cake will shrink.
