- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. rum
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 pkg (3 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
- 1 c. pecans, chopped and divided
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare Bundt pan by wiping inside with shortening and dusting with flour.

2Sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped pecans in bottom of pan.

3Mix remaining ingredients together and pour into prepared Bundt pan.

4Bake about 1 hour until toothpick comes out clean.

5When cake comes out of oven, poke lots of holes in hot cake with toothpick.

6Do not remove cake from pan yet.
