  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines butter recipe cake mix
  • 2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. rum extract (add enough water to equal 1/2 c.)
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Grease and flour a Bundt pan.

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Combine nuts in bottom of pan.

    In a large bowl, put cake and pudding mixes.

    Add rum extract, oil, water and eggs.

    Mix for 2 minutes. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.

    Remove and pour on hot Rum Glaze.
