  • 2 lime quarters Prepare cleaned tall glasses and rim the outside of the glasses with 1 of
  • kosher salt Pour some, on a plate
  • salt Press the rim of a glass into the, to rim the edge and put it in the fridge for later use
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple cut into cubes
  • 2 red apples large, skinned and cut into cubes
  • 7/8 cup cranberry juice
  • 4 slices lime
  • 2 tablespoons dark rum

Directions

    Puree pineapple cubes and strain.

    Blend red apples together with about 50ml cranberry juice, strain and mix with the balance 100ml cranberry juice.

    Take out the frosted glasses from fridge and fill 3-4 ice cubes into it.

    Pour half of the red apples juice into glasses.

    Add 2 tbsp dark rum into pineapple juice, stir well and pour equally to the glasses and top up with balance red apples juice.

    Add 1-2 slices of lime in it and serve.
