  • 2 layer size white cake mix
  • 1 (4 serving size) pkg. coconut cream or vanilla instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. fresh or canned coconut
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/3 c. dark rum
  • 1/4 c. salad oil

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and bake at 350° in 2 greased and floured 9-inch pans for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Cool in pan 15 minutes and remove.
