- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. coconut cream or vanilla instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. fresh or canned coconut
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. dark rum
- 1/4 c. salad oil
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and bake at 350° in 2 greased and floured 9-inch pans for 25 to 30 minutes.
