  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. rum extract
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine

    Mix dry ingredients.

    Add beaten eggs and blend.

    Slowly add butter, then nuts and extracts.

    Bake in well-greased 9-inch Pyrex pie plate for 30 minutes at 325°.
