- 1 graham cracker shell
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. gelatin
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 pt. heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 c. rum or brandy
Directions

1Beat eggs and sugar.

2Soak gelatin in water, put over flame until boiling.

3Add nutmeg.

4Pour over sugar and eggs slowly.

5Mix well.

6Beat cream until stiff and add rum.

7Fold in egg yolk mixture.

8Pour into shell and chill.

9Sprinkle with shaved chocolate.
