  • 1 graham cracker shell
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. gelatin
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 pt. heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 c. rum or brandy

    Beat eggs and sugar.

    Soak gelatin in water, put over flame until boiling.

    Add nutmeg.

    Pour over sugar and eggs slowly.

    Mix well.

    Beat cream until stiff and add rum.

    Fold in egg yolk mixture.

    Pour into shell and chill.

    Sprinkle with shaved chocolate.
