- 1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 3 egg yolks
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- salt
- 2 Tbsp. rum
- 1 c. whipping cream
Directions

1Soak gelatin in cold water for about 5 minutes.

2Dissolve completely over hot water.

3Beat eggs until foamy; add sugar gradually, beating until light and fluffy.

4Add gelatin, salt and rum.

5Cool in refrigerator until mixture begins to thicken.

6Add whipped cream, gently folding into mixture.

7Chill until firm. Serve with a sauce made of sweetened fruit (raspberries thickened with cornstarch).
