- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. dark rum, 1 Tbsp. rum extract or 1 tsp. light molasses
Directions

1Melt butter; add sugar and egg.

2Mix well.

3Microwave on medium.

4Stir and scrape down sides for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes until sugar dissolves and sauce thickens.

5Stir in rum.

6Serve warm.
