- 1/2 lb. chicken livers
- 8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 10 slices bacon, cut in half
Directions

1Cut livers into halves.

2Mix soy sauce and brown sugar; stir in livers and water chestnuts.

3Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours; drain.

4Fry bacon until almost done; drain.

5Wrap a piece of liver and water chestnuts in bacon.

6Secure with wooden toothpicks.

7Microwave for 2 to 3 minutes until liver and bacon are cooked through.
