- 32 whole water chestnuts

1Combine soy sauce and sherry; mix well.

2Pour over water chestnuts; toss lightly to mix well.

3Wrap each water chestnut with halved bacon slice.

4Secure with wooden pick.

5Brush with soy sauce mixture.

6Broil 3-inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side, turning once or twice, until bacon is crisp.
