- 6 chicken livers
- 18 water chestnuts
- 9 slices bacon, cut in half
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
Directions

1Cut each liver into 3 pieces; fold each piece around a water chestnut.

2Wrap a piece of bacon around the liver and chestnut and fasten in place with a toothpick.

3Marinate in soy sauce mixed with ginger for 1 hour.

4Place on a rack in a shallow pan and bake at 425° for 10 minutes, or until bacon is browned and crisp.
