- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 9 slices bacon, cut in half
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
Directions

1Slice chicken livers into 3 pieces each; fold each piece over a water chestnut.

2Wrap a strip of bacon around the liver-chestnut cone, pinning each kabob with a toothpick.

3Marinate 1 hour in soy sauce, ginger and curry powder.

4Drain; broil in a preheated broiler, turning frequently until bacon is thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes.
