- 3 to 5 lb. or up to 8 lb. roast
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup
- 2 cans water
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 small pkg. carrots
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Wash roast.

2Place in roast pan with cover.

3Salt and pepper. In a bowl, combine soups and water.

4Mix well with fork.

5Pour over roast.

6Cut bell pepper in slices and lay on top of roast. Put on cover and bake in oven at 350° for about 3 hours.

7One hour before done, take out and add the potatoes and carrots.
