- 1 rump roast
- butter pats
- meat tenderizer
- 1/4 c. oil
- rosemary
- garlic cloves
- potatoes
- salt and pepper
- dry red wine
Directions

1Put pats of butter, meat tenderizer, 1/4 cup oil and dry red wine over roast.

2Sprinkle rosemary, garlic cloves, salt and pepper.

3Add cut potatoes into pan, cut lengthwise.

4Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

5Take out potatoes and continue cooking meat until done as desired.
