  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 8 baby carrots
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 4 sticks sliced celery
  • 1 chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 chopped clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. dried mustard
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 2 c. tomato juice

    Season roast with ingredients. Place all in cooking bag and bake on 350° for 2 hours until done.
