- 1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian-style dressing
- 1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
Directions

1Rinse chicken and trim off any loose fat.

2Pat dry and set aside in shallow dish.

3Combine dressing, apricot preserves and onion soup mix.

4Pour over chicken.

5Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight. Bake, uncovered, in a 300° oven until tender (2 hours).
