- 1 kg. honey
- 1 1/2 liters cranberry juice
- 3 gr. spices
- 100 gr. yeast
Directions

1Add 1/2 liter of water to the honey, bring to a boil and skim. Pour into a flask or barrel, add the cranberry juice, cinnamon, cloves and yeast and set aside to ferment for two days.

2Cover the flask or barrel and set aside in a cool place for about three weeks.

3After this pour into bottles and seal.
