  • 2 boxes lime jello
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 small bag miniature marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, juice plus
  • 1 can evaporated milk

Directions

    Dissolve jello, miniature marshmallows, cream cheese and water.

    Let cool.

    Add pecans, mayonnaise, pineapple with juice and milk.

    Chill until firm and keep refrigerated.

    Cut in squares and serve on lettuce.
