Ingredients

  • 2 pt. boiling water
  • 1 pkg. cherry Jell-O
  • 2 tsp. loose tea
  • 3 sticks cinnamon
  • 15 whole cloves
  • 1 large can pineapple juice (1/2 gal.)
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. lemon juice

Directions

    Pour 1 pint of boiling water over Jell-O and sugar.

    Pour 1 pint of boiling water over tea, cinnamon and cloves.

    Let stand for 20 minutes.

    Strain and mix pineapple juice and lemon juice.

    Add 3 quarts of water.

    Serve hot or cold.

    Makes 1 1/2 gallons.
