  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped pecans (optional)

Directions

    Mix melted margarine, sugar and vanilla thoroughly.

    Blend in flour, salt and nuts.

    Roll into small balls and bake in 400° oven until firm; don't let them get brown.

    Roll immediately in powdered sugar.

    Roll again.
