- 1 c. oleo
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

3a large bowl, cream oleo and sugar until fluffy. Add water and vanilla. Gradually add flour, then nuts, beating until firm.

4Roll into small balls.

5Place on ungreased cookie sheet about 1-inch apart and bake until lightly brown on bottom.

6Let cool on rack and roll in confectioners sugar. When completely cool, roll in sugar again.
