- 1 c. butter
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. finely chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. 10x sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Mix thoroughly butter, sugar and vanilla. Work in flour, salt and nuts until the dough holds together.

3Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on an ungreased baking sheet.

4Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set but not brown.

5While warm, roll in 10x sugar.

6Cool and roll in sugar again.
