Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. Crisco
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients together and add flour and 1 1/2 cups finely chopped pecans.

    Drop by teaspoon on a cookie sheet and bake at 325° for 25 minutes.

    Roll in powdered sugar while still warm; these are very rich and have to be handled carefully.
