  • 8 large Golden Yukon potatoes
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 salt & pepper

Directions

    Chop up potatoes with the skin on & boil in water until fork tender then drain water from pot

    Put flame on medium low & add butter and milk & roughly mash until absorbed

    Add garlic powder, salt, pepper & cheese & roughly mash

    Potatoes should creamy & smooth around the lumps
