Rustic Nanoshoot Ricotta Pie

  • 3 ounces Ra Nanoshoots
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Egg

Directions

    In a mixing bowl combine the nanoshoots, ricotta, parmesan, and salt. Blend thoroughly. Spread the above mixture into the first pie crust.

    Cut 1/2 inch wide strips from the second pie crust and lay over pie in a lattice.

    Baste top crust with a beaten egg.

    Bake for 30 minutes in oven preheated to 350 degrees F.

    Allow to cool, slice and serve.
