Rustic Nanoshoot Ricotta Pie

- 3 ounces Ra Nanoshoots
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Egg
Directions

1In a mixing bowl combine the nanoshoots, ricotta, parmesan, and salt. Blend thoroughly. Spread the above mixture into the first pie crust.

2Cut 1/2 inch wide strips from the second pie crust and lay over pie in a lattice.

3Baste top crust with a beaten egg.

4Bake for 30 minutes in oven preheated to 350 degrees F.

5Allow to cool, slice and serve.
