- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup dried blueberries or raisins
- 1 cup (8 ounces) plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons fat-free milk, divided
