  • 1 pkg. PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 2 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 96 slices whole wheat bread
  • 48 slices red onions, sliced
  • 3 qt. carrots, shredded Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
  • 1-1/4 gal. cucumbers, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • 1-1/2 gal. roasted red peppers, halved

Directions

    Mix cream cheese, oregano and crushed red pepper until well blended.

    For each serving: Spread each of 2 bread slices with 1 Tbsp.

    of the cream cheese mixture.

    Cover 1 of the bread slices with 1 onion slice and 1/4 cup each carrots and cucumbers; top with 1/2 cup red pepper and remaining bread slice.

    Cut sandwich in half; serve immediately.
